Day 1: Guwahati to Kaziranga National Park / 4

Meet and greet on arrival at Guwahati Airport and Proceed
towards Kaziranga, covering an area of 430 sq-km, is inhabited by the
world's largest population of one-horned rhinoceroses, as well as many
mammals, including tigers, elephants, panthers, and bears, and thousands
of birds. In 1985, it was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO for
its unique natural environment.
Day 2: Jungle Activities at Kaziranga (Safaris
Included)
After an early wake-up, we will take you to the riding point
for Kaziranga Elephant Safari in the Western Range.
Watch the famous One-Horn Rhino in the jungle from stone throwing
distance. After the elephant safari, return to the Resort.
After lunch, drive to Kaziranga Central Range for
the Kaziranga Jeep Safari. The Central zone of
the Kaziranga National Park is the prime zone for
eco-tourism in the Kaziranga forest. The entry gate to the central zone
is situated just about two km from the National Highway passing through
the village of Kohora. The Kaziranga Jungle Safari offers you some
spectacular sightings of the Rhinos grazing or wallowing in the large
grassland, a herd of elephants with adorable baby elephants to big old
elephants in the herd, and many other species of the wild flora and
fauna of this tourism zone.
Day 3: Kaziranga to Guwahati / 4 Hrs
After breakfast, check out from your hotel and drive
to Guwahati. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and
relax. If time permits, explore Kamakhya Temple or
visit Umananda Island for a peaceful retreat. You can
also explore local markets like Fancy Bazaar for
Assamese handicrafts and silk. Spend the evening at leisure before an
overnight stay in Guwahati.
Day 4: Guwahati to Manas National Park / 2.5 Hrs
Manas Sanctuary or Manas National Park. It is located in two
districts of Bongaigaon and Barpeta of Assam. This park is famous for
its rare and endangered wildlife like a hispid hare, Assam roofed
turtle, golden langur, pygmy hog and wild water buffalo as
well. In 1985, it was also declared as a UNESCO Natural World Heritage
Site.
Day 5: Day Sightseeing / Jungle Activities
at Manas
Wake up early and enjoy a wonderful
Elephant
Safari
inside Manas National Park. The elephant will walk
through dense forest and sometimes through tall grassland. You can see
some rare species of birds and animals through Jungle Safari, and if you
are lucky, you can see the tiger as well. Later in the afternoon, go
for Jeep Safari.
Day 6: Drop
In the morning after breakfast, check out from your hotel & then
transfer to Guwahati airport with sweet memories......
